George Gerchow is a three-time CISO and Chief Security Officer at Bedrock Data, leading AI and cloud security strategy. Previously CISO at MongoDB, he built their global Trust program. At Sumo Logic, he was CSO and SVP of IT through startup to IPO and acquisition. With 20+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, and cloud security, his focus includes AI governance, model risk management, AI agent security with Model Context Protocol, and secure AI adoption controls. He Co-Founded VMware's Center for Policy and Compliance and advocates for secure architecture and DevSecOps. George is IANS Faculty, speaks at RSAC Conference, Black Hat, and TEDx, advises tech companies, and Co-Founded XFoundation, a fentanyl awareness nonprofit.
